Use the software you already have.

Fillable PDFs: download a copy and open it in a PDF reader. Type, save, then reopen the saved file to check your answers. Add another sheet if you need more space.

Excel or Google Sheets: open the workbook in Excel, or in Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload. Enter actual dates. Sort the whole table using its header arrows so the event stays with its source.

Word: replace every bracketed field, remove the instructions and check the facts before sending. Keep only statements you can support.

Printing: the worksheets are A4. Print at actual size, or fit to your paper if necessary. Pale lines leave room for handwriting without large blocks of ink.

These files are blank. Save your working copies somewhere you control. This page does not collect or upload your case documents.

General preparation tools, not legal advice or prescribed court forms. Check the rules, orders and forms for your own court or tribunal. A completed worksheet does not file, serve or extend anything. Find qualified help.
